Chef Chris is redefining the private chef experience with a level of craftsmanship you rarely see especially at just 28 years old.
From hand-stretching fresh mozzarella made on the spot, stuffed with prosciutto and fresh basil, to delivering one of the best chicken francese I’ve ever had, every dish was intentional and perfectly executed.
The chicken was light, lemon-forward, and balanced, you could taste the eggs and citrus without it being buttery or oily, paired beautifully with crisp asparagus.
Then came the surprise: a classic Italian zabaione dessert—light, creamy, custard-like, and whipped to perfection. It was my first time trying zabaione, and it was unforgettable—elegant, airy, and not overly sweet.
What truly sets Chef Chris apart is his attention to detail—he even makes his own soy sauce, blending tradition with innovation. Young, fearless, and undeniably talented, Chef Chris is making serious waves in the modern chef scene, proving that passion, technique, and creativity always stand out.
